Tri Dal transitioned to a 100% employee-owned company with all its stock held by the company’s Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), a federally-regulated employee benefits retirement plan in 2016. Tri Dal employees have played the majority role in creating our successes and will continue to be dependent upon providing the best in class services and value to its customers.
All employees, meeting the minimum participation requirements, will receive a yearly contribution of Company stock to their individual account within the ESOP, based on an independent appraiser’s annual valuation.
